Mencía grapes from vineyards in Valtuille de Arriba with an average age of 80 years, at an altitude of 550 m. Clayey, mineral soil. Manual harvesting and hand-sorting at the winery. Cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing for twelve months in French and American oak barrels. This is a complex, stylish wine. On the palate it is creamy, silky, persistent and amiable.
