In today’s post we’d like to speak of one of the details that gives personality to our wines. On this occasion we are not referring to the quality of the mencía or godello grapes with which we make our single-varietal beverages. Nor to their structure or elegance on the palate. In fact we are not speaking of wine-tasting at all. We are speaking of the labels on many of our bottles, and specifically of a characteristic detail constituting a tribute to our local heritage.
